Marron Civil Engineering proudly delivered the civil engineering works for the Signature at Caversham development—a luxury senior living community comprising three distinct blocks across a tiered elevation. The project included:

• North Block: Four-storey dementia care facility with reinforced concrete up to first floor, transitioning to steel frame and SFS brickwork cladding.
• Central Block: Two-storey medium-care residence built on concrete piles with RC slab.
• South Block: Three-storey maisonettes for independent living, also constructed with concrete piles and RC slab.

The site also features a purpose-built entrance road, a staff and visitor car park, and high-end amenities including a pub, salon, cinema room, full-spec kitchen, and laundry facilities.
