  • Piling Mat and attendance on pilers

  • Construct underground 600m2 sprinkler tank

  • 180Lm of 3m high RC retaining walls

  • 150Lm of pre cast retaining walls

  • Installation of foul and storm drainage and pumps

  • Installation of stormcell drainage

  • Installation of 2Km of service media with turnaround chambers

  • Pouring of pile caps and ground beams. 10,000 m3 of concrete used in construction

  • Construction of Service yard 2000m2

  • Construction of Car park including Tarmac 3000m2
